Shipping policy

Shipping Within Australia Only

• We currently ship to all Australian states and territories, except for quarantine states (WA, NT, TAS).
• Note: We cannot ship plants to quarantine states, but care products, maintenance items, accessories, and merchandise can still be posted to these locations.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

• Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
• Plant orders are shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.
• Plant orders placed before Saturday 12:00pm AEST will be included in the next shipping cycle.

Shipping Options

• Express Postage must be selected for any plant purchase to ensure swift delivery through AusPost.
• Regular Shipping is available for non-plant items.
• Heavy Items: Available for Melbourne pick-up only due to weight restrictions.
