2. Damaged Goods
We take great care to ensure that all plants and items are packaged securely. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

For Damaged Plants: If your plant arrives damaged (e.g., broken stems, leaves, or other visible damage), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and assist you in resolving the issue on a case-by-case basis.

For Postal Damage: If your order has been damaged during shipping, please contact Australia Post directly to report the damage and file a claim. If you need any assistance with this process, feel free to reach out to us.
Important Steps for Damaged Items:
- Take Photos of the Box: When you first open the package, please take clear photos of the box in its original condition, including any visible damage to the box itself.
- Take Photos of the Contents: Additionally, please take photos of the items and plants inside the box as you found them.
- Take Photos of the Damaged Plant(s): If the plant(s) are damaged, please take close-up photos of the damage on the plant(s).
Photos are required in all cases for us to process your claim effectively. These images help us assess the situation and resolve the issue quickly.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and offer a suitable solution, including a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Processing Returns or Refunds
- Returns or exchanges will only be processed once we have received your request and reviewed the case.
- All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging if an exchange or refund is required.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
