What are your Opening Hours?
Our hours can vary depending on the time of year, so the best way to know if we’re open is to check Google, our Instagram, or right here on our website. We love being part of the plant community, so you’ll often find us at different planty events throughout the year, which may affect our regular hours. Stay updated with our socials to see where we’ll be next!
What is the Shipping Policy?
Shipping Within Australia Only
- We currently ship to all Australian states and territories, except for quarantine states (WA, NT, TAS).
- Note: We cannot ship plants to quarantine states, but care products, maintenance items, accessories, and merchandise can still be posted to these locations.
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
- Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
- Plant orders are shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.
- Plant orders placed before Saturday 12:00pm AEST will be included in the next shipping cycle.
Shipping Options
- Express Postage must be selected for any plant purchase to ensure swift delivery through AusPost.
- Regular Shipping is available for non-plant items.
- Heavy Items: Available for Melbourne pick-up only due to weight restrictions.
Postal Insurance
Express postage automatically includes insurance coverage up to $100.00.
Additional insurance can be arranged for higher-value orders upon request.
Do you offer Pick Up?
Yes! You are welcome to come pick up your order at our Richmond Store - 356 Victoria St, Richmond, VIC, 3121. We'd love to see you!
Will my plant look exactly like the photos online?
We do our best to give you an accurate idea of what to expect! The photos on our website are carefully chosen, often with a size reference, to help set clear expectations. If a product description mentions "plant will be chosen at random," it means we have multiple plants of that variety, and your plant may be slightly larger or smaller than the one pictured, but will still be a great representation.
If the product description does not mention this, you'll be receiving the exact plant shown in the photo.
What is your Returns/Refunds Policy?
At PCM, we strive to ensure the quality and health of every plant and product we send. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:
- No Partial Refunds or Returns on Plants: We do not offer partial refunds or returns for plants after 48 hours post-delivery.
- Cosmetic or Transit Damage: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for cosmetic or transit-related damage.
- Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases on any item, including plants and other products.
Damaged Plant(s):
- If your plant(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Be sure to include photos of the plant(s) and packaging when you first opened the box. We are here to help resolve the issue!
- If the box itself is damaged, please take photos and contact AusPost directly to report the issue.
How do you Package plants?
At PCM, we take great care to ensure your plants arrive safely and in the best possible condition:
- Packed with Utmost Care: Each plant is handled with precision and care to prevent damage during transit.
- Plants in Pots or Sphagnum Moss: All plants are shipped in their pots or in Sphagnum Moss to minimize root disturbance and ensure they stay healthy.
- Secured with Zip Ties: Plants are zip-tied within the box to keep them securely in place and prevent shifting during shipping.
- Leaf & Stem Protection: We wrap the leaves and petioles (stems) with paper towels to reduce the risk of damage during transport.
